Returns and Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be based on product availability. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Return and exchange shipping will be at the expense of the customer. "MWAH MASKS" are not eligible for returns or exchanges, FINAL SALE.
Return information will be provided via email once the return request has been initiated. Returns will be processed within (14) days of receiving returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refunded funds which may take up to 30 days depending on your financial institution.
Exchanged items will not be shipped out until original items have been returned. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking information when sending items back. Due to a limited quantity release, an exchange may not be available.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Please note that all items are inspected prior to packaging and shipping. If returning due to damaged item, you will need to provide photos of the damage and a brief explanation regarding the damage. A case examiner will determine if the item is eligible for refund and notify you via email on the decision.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to email@example.com with your:
- Name on order
- Order number
- Email address used on order
- Short description of request
- Photo documentation if item arrived damaged
Once these steps are completed, we will respond to you via email regarding next steps if applicable.
